Hello! I would like to download a table containing the expression values from the ImmGen ULI RNA-seq dataset for a specific set of genes. As far as I can tell, only the heatmaps and W-plots are available for export, but there doesn’t appear to be an option to download the underlying expression data directly. Is there a way to access the full expression table for these genes?

At this time it's not possible to retrieve the expression data directly from MyGeneSet. However, this feature will be implemented in the next few weeks.

The ImmGen dataset page (https://rstats.immgen.org/DataPage/) lists ImmGen datasets used in various ImmGen databrowsers, including MyGeneset. Links to download these data (both raw and normalized) are provided on this page.
